Painted with episodes from the epics on the outside, the temple is stellar in shape, with three abundantly carved pinnacles with a common Navranga. The three sanctums once housed marvelously carved images of Lord Keshava, Lord Janardhana and Lord Venugopala. At present, the idol of Lord Keshava is missing but two still adorn the sanctums in their original form.
The temple is conservated by Archeological Survey of India in the category of protected heritage sites.
