The phone number of the call centre is being finalised. All the four tourism agencies are expecting a good response on the opening day of the call centre.
The departments will also carry out a small campaign to reach out to tourists about the benefits of using the call centre.
Since most of the bookings will be done online, a high volume of requests for information on any destination can be handled, which will be useful to foreign tourists as well as domestic ones. |
