Sunrise sectors see 11% salary appreciation
BANGALORE: Employees in sunrise sectors like communication, energy, healthcare and pharma have taken home higher salary packages compared to their counterparts in the IT/ITeS sectors. India retains its position as the second highest foreign employer in the UK, after the US, according to the 2009 UK inward FDI official data.
