The added benefit for offshoring companies moving to such destination is that staffs in these cities are less likely to allow themselves into attrition because of the few "good" job opportunities knocking their door. Then there are cost savings to be entertained, starting from low investment in terms of infrastructure and real costs.

When moving to B grade cities, there are certain things which can take secondary position. The biggest one is the difficulty in finding local senior and mid-level managers. Companies are coming round by sending people from their established centers to set up processes and train staff in the centers at smaller cities. Findings prove that these negative shades of offshoring IT and business processes is not a hot-button issue.
